Rocky Dunnam is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Director of Food and Nutrition Services at Forefront since September 2021, with additional roles including Director of Culinary Services and Area Support Director. As a consultant and Executive Chef for Rock’D Recipes since December 2019, Rocky possesses a strong background in recipe and product development, corporate foodservice management, and culinary manufacturing. Previously, Rocky held the position of Executive Chef at University of Missouri Health Care from March 2020 to October 2021 and served as Corporate Executive Chef at Food Service Partners from June 2018 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes positions as Executive Chef at Bivins Foundation and NINETEEN49 Catering, and Director of Nutritional Services at Dallam-Hartley Counties Hospital District. Rocky began culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
