David Edelson

David Edelson is a Senior Business Development Analyst at ForeFront Power since July 2022, responsible for supporting the sales team of a commercial solar power developer through financial modeling and analytics, maximizing customer savings, and understanding solar rates and policies nationally. Notably, David has contributed to the interconnection of over 90MW under the Net Energy Metering policy NEM 2.0 and developed strong Excel skills, including macros. Previous experience includes a Summer Associate role at Maryville Consulting Group, where David provided predictive intelligence recommendations to a healthcare client and designed chat bot conversation paths, among other tasks. David also served as an Electrical Engineer at Salvo Technologies, managing projects related to optical and electro-optical components, and as an Onshape CAD Instructor at STEM HQ. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering and Energy Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a high school diploma from Pine Crest School.
