Michelle Ochoa, MSHRM, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as Senior Director of HR at ForeFront Power since April 2018, where significant achievements include transitioning the organization off a PEO, building and launching a new HRIS and payroll system, and overseeing comprehensive human resource management across multiple states. Previous experience includes roles as Director of HR & Finance at Black Rock Solar, where financial management and integrity of operating budgets were maintained, and various seasonal Box Office Manager positions at noted festivals such as Sundance and Tribeca. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
