Shona Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shona started their career as an Assistant Paratransit Superintendent at Santa Cruz Metro Transit in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Shona then joined UC Santa Cruz as an Assistant Transit Manager from 2010 to 2014.

In 2016, Shona Sullivan joined The Camp Recovery Center, where they held multiple roles. Shona started as the Director of Human Resources & The Camp AOD Academy in 2016 and continued in this position until 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they served as the Director of Operations, Human Resources & The Camp AOD Academy, where they implemented various human resources programs and solutions. From 2019 to 2022, they also took on the role of Quality Review Coordinator & Camp AOD Academy Administrator.

In 2022, Shona Sullivan joined Housing Matters as the Human Resources Director, where they currently work.

Shona Sullivan began their education in high school at HHSS, although the specific start and end years are not provided. Additionally, in the same year, they also pursued a field of study in registered alcohol drug technician I at CCAPP.
