Fatoumata Diabate

Fatoumata Diabate, MBA, SPHR, serves as the Senior Director of HR at the National Housing Trust since September 2024. In addition to this role, Fatoumata is the Founder of Vision224 for orphans, a position held since June 2015. Previously, Fatoumata worked as the Director of Human Resources & Office Operations at the American Academy of Actuaries from January 2022 to June 2024. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in HR & Management Information Systems from Washington State University (2012-2014) and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from National University (2014-2016).
