Kristin Morris

Kristin Morris is an experienced project and program manager with a strong background in event coordination, membership development, and strategic data analysis. Currently, Kristin serves as Project Manager/Program Manager at Forefront Technologies since May 2021. Previous roles include Project Manager at The Daily Gazette, Director of Development and Projects at Schenectady Armory Center, and Program and Member Relations Manager at Capital Region Chamber. Kristin has demonstrated expertise in managing high-profile events, sponsorship development, and volunteer management. With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from Siena College, Kristin has cultivated a diverse skill set through various leadership positions, including serving as Board President of Schenectady Day Nursery and previously working in sales and marketing at Spectrum Foodservice.
