Luis Navarro

Luis Navarro is an accomplished political strategist and researcher with extensive experience in electoral and campaign management. Currently serving as an Eurasia Program Fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute and an Electoral Strategist at the National Education Association since 2018, Navarro previously held significant roles including Deputy Director of the Campaigns Department at AFL-CIO, Senior Campaign Adviser at Every Voice, and Resident Director for the National Democratic Institute in the Republic of Georgia. Early career highlights include serving as Chief of Staff for Senator Joe Biden, Campaign Manager for Joe Biden for President, and Political Director for John Kerry for President. Navarro holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government Affairs from the University of Maryland and has an educational background from The George Washington University.
