MacKubin Owens

Mackubin Owens is currently the editor of Orbis at FPRI. Prior to this role, Owens served as a Senior Fellow at Foreign Policy Research Institute. Owens also held the position of Dean of Academic Affairs at The Institute of World Politics. With a background as a Professor at Naval War College and a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps, Owens brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to their current editorial role. Owens earned a PhD in politics from the University of Dallas and a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma.
