Maria B. currently serves as a Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician at nudie foods since July 2023. Previously, Maria B. worked as a Research Scientist at Green and Healthy Auditors from January 2020 to July 2022, managing laboratory activities, conducting microbiological assays, and auditing food preparation systems for compliance with QMS and HACCP standards. Additionally, Maria B. completed an internship as a Research & Development Food Technologist at AV Tower Pty Ltd, where innovative low-calorie Asian sauces were developed and technical support was provided to reduce production costs. Earlier experiences include roles as a Research Scientist at the Research Center of Moscow State University of Food Production, and a Laboratory Assistant at the Institute of Food Systems and Health Technologies. Maria B. holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Moscow State University of Food Production and completed a semester exchange in Bioengineering for Food Technology at Beijing Union University.
