Anderson May Ramos

Anderson May Ramos has diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Anderson is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Forescout Technologies Inc. from 2023. Previously, they worked at Philips for over a decade, starting as a Software Engineer and progressing to roles such as Software Engineering Manager, Senior Technical Lead, and Tech Lead. Throughout their tenure at Philips, they managed cross-functional teams, implemented process improvements and automation tools, and delivered successful projects. Prior to Philips, Anderson also gained experience as a Software Engineer at Senior Sistemas and as a Software Engineer Intern at Operacional Têxtil.

Anderson May Ramos has a strong educational background in business administration, management, manufacturing engineering, software engineering, and computer software engineering. In 2016 and 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at UniCesumar, specializing in both business administration and management as well as manufacturing engineering. Prior to that, in 2014 and 2015, they completed a degree in software engineering with a focus on computer science at UniCesumar. In 2011, they studied software analysis/engineering at UNIASSELVI from 2011 to 2013. Earlier in their education, from 2008 to 2009, Anderson obtained a Software Development Technician degree from CEDUP Hermann Hering. In terms of certifications, they hold a SAFe 5 Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2022, a SAFe 5 Practitioner Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2021, a SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2015, and a Lean Foundation Certification from Philips in 2015.
