Mike Huang

Mike Huang has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Mike has held senior leadership positions in various companies such as Forescout Technologies Inc., Dell EMC, VCE, Transplace, Sonus Networks, Navtel Communications, Intuit, Timera, WorldCom, and Bell Northern Research/Nortel.

At Forescout Technologies Inc., Mike served as the Vice President of Engineering, overseeing global engineering responsibilities for the Forescout Network Security product line. Mike also played a key role in transitioning the organization from an Engineering Escalation organization to a full-stack Software Engineering organization.

Prior to this, Mike worked as the Senior Director of eyeSight Global Engineering at Forescout Technologies Inc., where they were responsible for all engineering aspects of the eyeSight and eyeControl product lines.

At Dell EMC, Mike served as the Director of HCI Product Management, where they were responsible for product management, strategy, and roadmap of the VxRack product line. Mike also had P&L responsibilities for the Hyper Converged Product Line.

In their role as the Director of Platform Engineering at VCE, Mike was responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of Vblock, VxBlock, and VxRack platforms. Mike led a geographically distributed team and was responsible for product engineering and quality.

Earlier in their career, Mike worked at companies such as Transplace, Sonus Networks, Navtel Communications, Intuit, Timera, WorldCom, and Bell Northern Research/Nortel, holding various technical and leadership roles.

Mike Huang received their BA in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University in the years 1990 to 1995.
