Shawn Stumpf is an experienced leader in customer success and cybersecurity management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for the Americas at Forescout Technologies Inc., where responsibilities include driving customer value and aligning cross-functional teams across the cybersecurity solutions portfolio. Previous roles include Senior Director of Customer Success at Anomali, where revenue retention and growth were prioritized for an AI-driven Security Operations platform, and Senior Manager of Customer Success at Splunk, overseeing a significant strategic accounts segment with over $550M in annual recurring revenue.
