Jeroen Sibia

Jeroen Sibia is an accomplished investment professional currently serving as an Investment Manager at Foresight Group since May 2023, where Jeroen co-heads origination and focuses on private equity and growth capital investments in lower mid-market companies in the UK and Ireland. Prior to this role, Jeroen was an Investment Associate at Literacy Capital plc, responsible for the origination, evaluation, and execution of investments. Jeroen co-founded Talent Ladder, which became Europe's largest platform for junior buy-side roles before exiting in 2021. With experience in institutional equities sales at Barclays Investment Bank and strategic consultancy at McKinsey & Company, Jeroen also gained early experience through summer analyst positions at J.P. Morgan and Glencore. Jeroen holds an Economics degree from the University of Birmingham, along with additional studies in Economics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and Spanish at the University of Valencia.
