Viraj Chhajed

Viraj Chhajed is currently a Neurotech Fellow at Foresight Institute since January 2024 and a Researcher at The Levin Lab since September 2023, focusing on computational models of Predictive Coding and various innovative research areas. Prior to these roles, Viraj was a Fellow in the Longevity Biotech Fellowship from July to December 2023 and a Quantitative Researcher at UCLA’s Zaitlen Lab from November 2022 to August 2023, working on complex genomic models and statistical methodologies. As a Co-Founder of Basch from March 2021 to July 2022, Viraj developed advanced AI technologies and achieved significant user engagement and revenue, attracting top venture capital interest. Additionally, Viraj held a position in Product & Growth at BridgeUp, contributing to substantial fundraising efforts and successful marketing campaigns. A Software Engineer Intern at Cemtrex Inc. in 2020, Viraj developed an AR-based live quiz show. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at UCLA, Viraj is also involved with Z Fellows.
