Julio Quiñones

Julio Quiñones is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Foresight Mental Health. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Healthy Living Network from November 2018 to October 2020. Julio has also held the position of Vice President, International Operations and Development at DaVita Kidney Care from May 2016 to July 2017.

Julio has been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. Julio started their career as a registered nurse in 1997. In 2003, they transitioned into hospital administration, where they served as a Director of Nursing and Assistant Administrator. In 2010, they became a regional administrator for a large home health agency. In 2016, they were promoted to Vice President of International Operations and Development for DaVita Kidney Care. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's international expansion efforts. In 2017, they left DaVita to join Healthy Living Network as Chief Operating Officer. In 2018, they were promoted to Chief Executive Officer.

Under Julio's leadership, Healthy Living Network has undergone a transformation, becoming a common platform ready for sustained growth. Julio has implemented a KPI-driven management cadence to complement the people-focused culture. Julio has also successfully spun off the Hospice and Home Care businesses, creating value for the investor groups and allowing the organization to focus on its core strength.
