Michelle Kwon

Michelle Kwon, LMFT, is a seasoned mental health professional with a diverse background in therapy and human resources. Currently serving as a Therapist at Foresight Mental Health since January 2023, Kwon has experience as a School-Based Therapist at CASSY, a Mental Health Specialist II at Stars Behavioral Health Group, and a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee at Advent Group Ministries, where responsibilities included counseling individuals, families, and adolescents, and leading group therapy sessions. Prior to this mental health career, Kwon worked in various roles in HR and recruiting at notable companies such as Samsung Strategy and Innovation Center, Rocket Fuel Inc., Google, and At-Tech. Kwon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Santa Clara University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Western Seminary.
