Ginger Goodin is a transportation expert serving as a founding partner at Blue Door Strategy and Research since November 2022, focusing on research-based insights for public and private sectors. Currently a Senior Advisor for Policy and Strategy at the Center for Transportation Research at UT Austin and a Senior Consultant for Foresight Science & Technology, Goodin provides valuable guidance on funding models and technology commercialization. As a Visiting Lecturer at Texas A&M University College of Engineering, Goodin teaches transportation policy courses. With extensive experience at the Texas A&M Transportation Institute, roles included Assistant Agency Director, Policy Research Center Director, and Research Engineer, contributing significantly to transportation policy and research. Goodin began the career as a Transportation Engineer for the City of Austin, holding both B.S. and M.Eng. degrees in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
