Paulo Merlotti has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paulo began their career as a Support Analyst at Magnasoft. From 1991 to 1993, they worked as a Support Analyst, providing technical assistance.

Paulo then moved on to Axioma Informatica e Tecnologia Ltda, where they worked as a System's Analyst from 1997 to 2000.

In 2000, they joined C3 Technologies as a Software Engineer.

From 2002 to 2010, they worked at Konexx as a Principal Software Engineer, responsible for the architecture, design, and development of an Analog Voice Recorder.

Next, they joined the US Federal District Court, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer from 2006 to 2008, developing a web attorney registration system.

In 2007, Paulo worked as a Research Assistant at San Diego State University Foundation, designing and implementing an autonomous robotic system for the U.S. Navy.

From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Wintriss Engineering as a Chief Software Engineer, collaborating with the CTO to create a smart camera system for golf club tracking. Paulo also designed and implemented a robotic system for quality verification and testing.

In 2012, Paulo joined Foresight Sports as a Chief Software Engineer and later became the Director of Engineering. Paulo assembled and directed a team of engineers, leading the development of new golf launch monitors.

Lastly, in 2021, they were promoted to the role of Chief Technology Officer at Foresight Sports. Overall, Paulo has a strong background in software and firmware development, engineering management, and systems engineering.

Paulo Merlotti has a strong education background in the field of computer science. Paulo obtained their Masters degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University, completing their studies from 2004 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor Degree in Computer Information Systems from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, studying from 1992 to 1996. Paulo also holds an Associate Degree in Data Processing from ETECA, which they attained from 1989 to 1991.
