Pearce Flippo, E.I.T. is a Land Development Project Analyst at Foresite Group since June 2022. Previously, Pearce worked as a Laboratory Technician at Alpha Testing from June 2021 to May 2022, performing laboratory tests for geotechnical analysis and gaining field experience as a drilling assistant. Earlier experience includes a role as a Retail Sales Associate at Oakley from April 2016 to August 2019, where responsibilities involved product sales and customer engagement. Pearce earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio, completing the degree in 2021.
