Kim Morse

Kim Morse's work experience begins in 1991 as a Customer Service Specialist at West One Bancorp. From 1993 to 1994, they worked as a Temporary Staffing Coordinator at Talent Tree Staffing Solutions. In 1994, they worked as a Payroll Specialist at Hoffman Construction Company. From 1996 to 2005, they were a Recruiter/Business Development Manager at Boly:Welch, where they recruited and screened applicants and conducted sales activities. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Recruiter/HR Specialist at adidas Group, assisting with recruiting efforts. From 2011 to 2013, they volunteered at Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario, providing clerical support and teaching children about epilepsy. In 2014, they worked as an HR Coordinator at Gerding Edlen, assisting with the implementation of an applicant tracking system and recruiting candidates. Also in 2014, they began their tenure at FCTG (Forest City Trading Group), where they held several roles. Kim started as an HR Generalist, responsible for benefits administration and employee relations. In 2017, they were promoted to Senior HR Generalist, partnering with management to communicate HR policies, conducting investigations, and delivering HR training programs. Lastly, since 2023, they have been working as a Benefits Manager at FCTG.

Kim Morse obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and Film from the University of Oregon between the years 1987 and 1991. In 2019, they also obtained a certification in CWPC from the Chapman Institute.
