Richard Kotula

Richard Kotula is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in purchasing and creative services. Currently serving as a Purchasing Agent for the Forest County Potawatomi Community since January 2023, Richard previously owned and operated Backwaters Bar and Grill from May 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included vendor management and cost renegotiation. Prior to that, Richard spent over 17 years at Drs. Foster & Smith as a Creative Services Manager, overseeing a diverse team of 30 individuals while contributing to project management and creative direction. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from SPS-TP Karvina in the Czech Republic, earned between 1994 and 1998.
