Jonathan Miles

Jonathan Miles has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jonathan began their career in 2004 as a Customer Service Representative at Moto Hospitality and later worked at Teleperformance as a Customer Service Representative until 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Chalet Host at Skiworld Ltd. Jonathan then took on the role of Commercial Negotiator at Certas Energy from 2011 to 2014. During the same period, they also worked as a Lecturer in Psychology at West Suffolk College from 2014 to 2015.

In 2014, Jonathan joined West Suffolk Council where they held multiple roles: Growth Officer from 2014 to 2016, Senior Growth Officer from 2016 to 2018, and currently as the Principal Growth Officer (Economic Activity & Investment) since May 2018. Additionally, they have owned and operated Jonathan Miles Photography since September 2017.

Jonathan Miles has a Master's Degree in Health Psychology from the University of the West of England, which they obtained in the academic year 2009-2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the same university, graduating in the academic year 2006-2009. In terms of primary education, Jonathan attended Ysgol Gyfun Gŵyr from 1998 to 2005, although no specific degree or field of study is indicated for this period. Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications, including the Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management from ILM in October 2018 and the IOSH Managing Safely certification from Acer Safety Services in May 2015.
