High School Social Studies Teacher at FOREST LAKE AREA SCHOOLS

Sara Wallgren-Cameron-McCormick is an experienced educator with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Forest Lake School since July 1992, Sara instructs courses in Micro and Macroeconomics, General Economics, and United States History, alongside teaching Advanced Placement Psychology, General Psychology, Sociology, Contemporary Social Issues, Criminology, and World History. As a High School Social Studies Teacher at Forest Lake Area Schools, Sara holds a Secondary-Level Social Studies license for grades 7-12 and has been an Adjunct Professor of Economics for the University of Minnesota since 1996. Previous experience includes teaching Secondary Social Studies at White Bear Lake Area Schools. Sara earned a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota, a Master's of Arts in Education from Hamline University, and a B.A. in Economics and Social Studies Education from St. Olaf College.
