Steve Ball is currently the Senior Expert Strategic Technologies at Forest Stewardship Council™, leading the analysis of business and stakeholder needs for strategic technologies. Steve also took on the role of Interim/Deputy Regional Director for Africa at FSC before moving on to become the Board Chair at Greenstand. Previously, Steve served as the Country Director in Tanzania for Farm Africa and held various roles at Mpingo Conservation & Development Initiative. Steve has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Applied Ecology & Conservation from the University of East Anglia.
