Simon White

Simon White has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the highways and infrastructure sector. Simon has held roles such as Director, Managing Director, and Operations Director. Simon's most recent position was as the Managing Director (Major Projects & National Clients) at Core Highways, which they started in 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director at Forest Traffic Services Ltd and Strategic Development Director at Milestone Infrastructure. Simon also gained extensive experience at Skanska, where they held the positions of Operations Director - UK Local Government Highways and Business Director. Earlier in their career, they worked at Atkins as a Contract Director and Operations Manager. Simon's expertise includes leading teams, managing budgeting and finances, business development, and operational delivery.

Simon White attended Bristol Cathedral School from 1987 to 1994. Simon then went on to study Civil Engineering at Cardiff University from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Honors (MEng(Hons)). Along with their degree, they also hold additional certifications including MEng(Hons) Civil Engineering (1st class) from Cardiff University and CEng FICE from the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
