Laura Weatherer

Laura Weatherer is a seasoned professional with a strong focus on environmental policy and data management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Forest Trends Association since August 2018, Laura has been actively involved in the Supply Change and Ecosystem Marketplace initiatives, showcasing expertise in writing, editing, data visualization, and policy research. Previous experience includes roles at the World Resources Institute as a Resource Watch Data Intern and Climate & Equity Intern, where Laura contributed significantly to metadata management and climate equity research. Additionally, Laura interned with The Andean Alliance for Sustainable Development, conducting qualitative research on climate change impacts in Peru. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in International Environmental Policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of St Andrews.
