Brian Blythe

Brian Blythe currently serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Real Estate Counsel at Forestar Group Inc., having progressed from Vice President, East Region Counsel. Blythe has extensive experience as in-house counsel and asset manager, overseeing diverse operations in the East Region, including community development and retail timber sales. Prior experience includes roles as an attorney at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP, and Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, where Blythe managed various transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters primarily within the construction and environmental sectors. Brian Blythe holds a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Auburn University.
