Brian Konderik

Brian Konderik, LEED AP ND, currently serves as Region President for the Southwest Pacific at Forestar Group Inc., a role encompassing senior leadership of operations across several key markets, including Hawaii, Southern California, Phoenix, Tucson, Las Vegas, and New Mexico. Previously held multiple division president positions overseeing operational platforms in Las Vegas, New Mexico, Tucson, Utah, and Phoenix, as well as regional vice president of the Mountain West Region. Prior experience includes vice president of land acquisition and development at AV Homes, where oversight included significant financial management and transaction support. Additional roles at JEN Partners, Engle Homes, Toll Brothers, Wespac Construction, Jackson Properties, Linthicum Constructors, and Pratte Development provided comprehensive experience in land development and project management. Brian Konderik earned a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis on Organization Studies and Finance from Arizona State University.
