Currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Foresters Financial since November 2020, Meghan oversees critical HR functions including change management, talent management, and diversity and inclusion. Prior roles include Vice President of Talent Management & HR Business Partners at RBC, where Meghan provided strategic counsel to senior leadership within Canadian Banking Operations, and roles at American Express and KPMG focusing on leadership development and organizational performance. Meghan holds a Master of Education in Workplace Learning & Change from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from King's University College.
