ALICIA MARIANO is an experienced design professional with a strong background in trend forecasting and design leadership. Currently serving as the VP of Trend and Design at Forever 21, ALICIA has previously held roles such as Senior Design Director and Design Director within the same company. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Design at Reiss and holding senior designer positions at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, Free People, and Jonathan Simkhai. ALICIA is an alumna of Parsons School of Design - The New School, showcasing a solid foundation in design education.
