Dana Goodson

Dana Goodson has extensive experience in talent acquisition and onboarding. Dana is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition & Onboarding at Forever 21, where they lead recruiting and onboarding efforts across corporate functions and retail locations. Prior to this, they worked at LinkedIn as the Sr Program Manager, Talent Attraction, where they led the global candidate experience program. Before that, they served as the Program Manager, Talent Acquisition & HR at Cetera Financial Group, overseeing all talent acquisition programs and operations. Dana also has experience in talent acquisition roles at ARYZTA, Zankou Chicken, Alta Hospitals System, LLC, Australian Unity, Optus, Luxottica Group, and Hudson RPO, where they managed recruitment activities and led various projects.

Dana Goodson graduated from La Trobe University in 2010, earning a Bachelor of Journalism with a focus on Media & Communication. In 2016, Dana obtained a Certificate IV in Leadership & Management from SkilledUp, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, Dana has acquired certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging as well as Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in September 2021.
