Lauren Lopez

Lauren Lopez is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and loyalty programs. Currently, Lauren serves as the Senior Manager of CRM & Loyalty at Forever 21, a position held since October 2022. Prior roles include Email Marketing Manager at Petco from March 2018 to October 2022, and Email and Loyalty Marketing Manager at ecoATM Gazelle from September 2016 to March 2018. Lauren has also contributed as a Senior Marketing Specialist at AutoAnything, Email Marketing Project Manager for Sony Electronics at Harte Hanks, and Social Media Specialist at Bad Rhino Inc. Early career experiences include internships in marketing and social media at DubVnightlife and Angelmark Associates, respectively.
