Shena Badillo

Shena Badillo is an experienced retail professional with a solid background in fashion merchandising and management. Currently serving as Store Manager at Forever 21 since December 2011, Shena has successfully transitioned from Visual Co-Manager by creating visually appealing in-store displays that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue. Prior to this role, Shena worked as a Department Manager at Dillards from August 2010 to October 2011, where sales goals were exceeded through strategic planning and innovative display techniques.
