Yohana Cruz

Yohana Cruz possesses extensive retail management experience, currently serving as Store Manager at Forever 21 since December 2020, after holding roles as Visual Manager and Manager of Operations within the same company. Prior to this, Yohana held the position of Store Manager at ALDO Group from June 2019 to December 2020 and spent nearly nine years at Forever 21 as Co Manager and Manager of Talent. Yohana's career began at Justice, where the role of Assistant Store Manager was undertaken from May 2007 to December 2010.
