Felix Dübbers

Felix Dübbers is an experienced professional in the fields of learning design and sports psychology. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Designer at Forever Day One, Felix develops and leads transformative learning experiences while focusing on self-directed learning and personal development. Previous roles include Sport Psychologist at Kopfathleten Coaching & Sportpsychologie, where Felix works towards enhancing mental performance for athletes and teams, and Research Associate at Free University Berlin, where extensive studies were conducted on motivation and autonomy in learning contexts. Felix also served as a Scientific Consultant for a project financed by the German Ministry of Migration and Refugees, applying social-psychological interventions. Felix holds a doctorate in psychology from Freie Universität Berlin and has advanced education in health, social psychology, and sport psychology from Maastricht University and the Center of Mental Excellence.
