Ellie Howitt

Ellie Howitt currently serves as a Senior Learning Designer at Nottingham Trent University, where leadership of a team of over eight Learning Designers fosters high-quality learning experiences. With a track record of influencing stakeholders and driving digital learning initiatives, Ellie has previously held roles including Learning Designer, where the focus was on technology-enhanced learning aligned with Ofsted standards, and Learning and Teaching Officer, where the introduction of the SCALE-UP methodology enhanced student engagement. Experience as Course Leader for Graphic and Digital Design at Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies included raising pass rates significantly, and previous interim senior leadership involved coordinating a Games department. Ellie is pursuing an Executive MBA at Nottingham Business School and holds advanced degrees in Graphic Design and Education.
