Russell Harrington is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience in managing operations and emergency preparedness within the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and various roles in local policing. Since January 2013, Russell has served as Regional Director for FSA, overseeing a significant team within DEA's Asset Forfeiture Program. Prior to this role, Russell dedicated over two decades to the DEA, holding positions such as Section Chief of the Emergency Preparedness Section and Resident Agent in Charge in Vermont. Responsibilities included developing continuity of operations plans and leading investigations against drug trafficking organizations. Russell began their career at the North Kingstown, RI Police Department, where investigative work ensured public safety. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Roger Williams University.
