Simon Novakovic

Simon Novakovic currently serves as Regional Director at Lifeways Group since October 2025. Previously, Simon was Director of Operations at Creative Care (East Midlands) Ltd from October 2017 to August 2025, where Simon played a key role in the turnaround and sale of the business. Prior to that, Simon held the position of Regional Operations Manager at Ability from August 2010 to October 2017, also serving as Operations & Registered Manager. Simon holds a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership from the London School of Business and Research, completed in January 2023, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Sheffield Hallam University, earned in August 2009. Early education includes A levels in History, Politics, Geography, and General Studies from Brookfield Community School.
