Anthony Stephenson

Anthony Stephenson is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in gene therapy and biochemistry. Currently serving as Scientist II at Forge Biologics, Anthony specializes in designing and qualifying PCR-based titer methods for AAV gene therapy products while contributing technical expertise to multi-functional teams. Prior roles include Research Scientist and Post Doctoral Scientist at Nationwide Children's Hospital, where Anthony developed CRISPR-Cas9 biologics and PCR-based assays for pre-clinical gene therapy studies. Earlier experience as Laboratory Manager at Suo Lab at The Ohio State University involved establishing standard operating procedures and ensuring laboratory compliance. Anthony's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from The Ohio State University and a BS in Biochemistry from Marshall University.
