Polly Heinen

Polly Heinen has over 25 years of experience in HR and organizational development. Polly currently holds the position of Director of HR and Organizational Development at TDT CPAs and Advisors, P.C. and will start a new role as VP of People Experience at Forge Financial and Management Consulting in 2022. Prior to their current job, Polly worked at Principal Financial Group for over 20 years in various roles, including HR Director, Benefits Manager, and Corporate Wellness Intern.

Polly Heinen earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion from the University of Iowa between 1993 and 1997. Polly then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Des Moines University from 2000 to 2003.
