Cynthia Fox is the current Vice President of Engagement & Experience at Forge Health. Cynthia has held this position since August of 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of Business Development at Summit Oaks Hospital, Inc. from February 2019 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for growing business opportunities for the 122 bed private psychiatric acute care hospital and chemical dependency treatment center.

During their time at Summit Oaks Hospital, Cynthia developed annual strategic plans, provided network and credentialing with managed care companies, supervised a team of community liaisons, participated in community events and committees, developed an array of new marketing and educational materials, designed and maintained the website, and oversaw social media platforms. Under their leadership, the hospital achieved the highest average daily census in over 10 years and increased referral volume by +1,000 inquiries.

Cynthia also sought out and was awarded two quality service designations from major insurance companies to showcase the hospital’s extraordinary services to new members. In addition, they developed a partnership with a leading hospital system to make patient information sharing more effective and efficient – increasing referrals by 27%. Lastly, they chaired the Service Excellence Committee, trained all new employees in corporate service excellence standards, hosted employee engagement events, designed employee recognition awards, managed workflow improvement projects, and redesigned and renovated hospital workspaces and facility.
