Ray Burghard

Ray Burghard has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the semiconductor industry. Ray is currently working as a Semiconductor Sales Manager at Forge Nano, Inc. Since joining Ulvac Technologies in 2010, Ray has held the position of Regional Sales Manager, where they were responsible for capital equipment sales into the semiconductor, MEMS, optical, automotive, and related industries. Prior to that, they worked at INFICON, Inc as the Semiconductor Segment Manager, overseeing the US end user sales effort and managing a team of sales managers and field applications group. Ray also served as the Strategic Marketing Manager at INFICON, Inc, where they created strategic plans for product initiation, leading to significant revenue growth. Before joining INFICON, Inc, Ray worked at Advanced Energy as a Regional Sales Manager, managing the end user sales effort on the East Coast and implementing strategies for product penetration. Ray also worked at Pacific Scientific Division of Danaher as the Account Marketing Director, developing marketing plans and managing key accounts. Ray started their career at National Semiconductor as a Senior Project Engineer and later as a Senior Process Engineer. Throughout their career, Ray has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, strategic planning, and technical knowledge in areas such as etch, PVD, CVD, and Ash.

Ray Burghard attended Stevens Institute of Technology from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics.
