Staci Moulton has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Staci began their career at Oregon State University as a Polymer Research Lab Manager from June 2007 to June 2009. Staci then joined the University of Colorado Boulder as a Research Fellow and later became a Principle Investigator, working on various projects related to gas-to-liquids technology and flare gas conversion. Staci managed a $2.57M budget project, conducted customer discovery tasks, and developed a Go-To Market strategy. Staci also negotiated intellectual property rights and attended numerous networking events for potential development partners.

In 2016, Staci joined TDA Research as a Senior Chemical Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for leading research projects focused on energy, manufacturing, catalysis, and environmental clean-up. Staci successfully developed commercialization strategies for proposals and managed a four-person team working on six projects.

Since 2019, Staci has been working at Forge Nano, Inc. Initially, they served as an Application Engineer - Business Development, acting as a key liaison between R&D, Engineering, Operations, Sales teams, and customers. Their role involved delivering technical content, resolving customer technical questions, and ensuring clear communication of product information and market opportunities. Currently, they hold the position of Director Field Application Engineering, where they lead outreach and education for atomic layer deposition (ALD) advanced materials and electronics applications. Staci assesses customer requests, provides technical seminars, and focuses on near-term profitable applications.

Staci Moulton obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. It was from 2009 to 2015 that they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemical Engineering. Afterward, Staci continued their educational journey at the University of Colorado Denver, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General, from 2018 to 2019.
