Karl Sharman has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Karl currently serves as the Head of Talent at Forgepoint Capital, an investment firm specializing in cybersecurity and infrastructure software. Prior to this, they worked as the Talent Management Consultant at the same company. Karl also held the position of Director at VA Revolution, a premier sports and events destination in Northern Virginia.
