Glen McGowan

Glen McGowan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and recruitment within leading financial institutions. Currently serving as the Group Head of Global Graduates and Global Head of Talent for Global Banking and Markets (GBM) & Commercial Banking (CMB) at HSBC since June 2017, Glen has previously held significant roles including Global Head of GBM Emerging & Future Talent and Global Head of GBM Graduate Recruitment & Development. Prior to HSBC, Glen worked at RBS from May 2014 to July 2017 as the Head of RBS Early Career, following a tenure as Co-Head of RBS Early Career from October 2013 to May 2014. Glen's career also includes a position as Technology Graduate Development Manager at JP Morgan from 2007 to 2010, showcasing a strong foundation in early talent development within the financial services sector.
