Melinda Harrison

Melinda Harrison serves as General Counsel, Company Secretary, and Head of Risk at ForHealth Group since February 2021, overseeing the legal and risk management aspects following a significant buy-out. Prior to this role, Melinda held the position of General Counsel and Company Secretary at Bellamy's Organic, where responsibilities included managing governance, leading a $1.5 billion takeover, and resolving securities class actions. Melinda's experience also encompasses leadership roles at Carter Holt Harvey, CDC Software Corporation, Tyco, King & Wood Mallesons, and Gadens Lawyers, with a focus on M&A, compliance, and regulatory matters. Melinda holds an L.L.B (Honours) and B.A. (Honours) from the University of Melbourne as well as an MBA from the University of Hull, supplemented by governance and company secretary credentials.
