Debbie McGrath

Debbie McGrath has been in the Human Resources industry for over 30 years. Debbie began their career in 1989 as the CEO of CEO Group. In 1997, they joined IBM Kenexa as the VP of Sales, where they were responsible for consolidating 17 entities into a single brand. In 1999, they founded HR.com and served as the Chief Instigator and CEO. In 2020, they founded two companies, Forj and Virtual Event Place, and currently serves as a board member for Forj.

Debbie McGrath obtained their High School Diploma from Dr G W Williams in 1982. Debbie then went on to pursue a Computer Science Degree from the University of Guelph, which they completed in 1986.
