Raleigh Poole, MBA has held various roles in the corporate world since 2013. Raleigh began as a Marketing Associate at Sysco, a position they held until 2017. In 2017, they joined Renaissance Learning as a Field Account Executive, then moved to an Inside Account Executive role before becoming a Customer Success Representative. In 2021, they became a Sales Representative, SMB at Newsela, and in 2022 they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Forj.

Raleigh Poole, MBA, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Entreprenuership from Mississippi University for Women in 2013. Raleigh then obtained a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Christian Brothers University in December 2019. In 2019, they began pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Project Management from Christian Brothers University, which they are expected to complete in 2021.
