Joe Catoe

Joe Catoe has extensive experience in customer service and management within the material handling industry. With a career at Forklift Systems, Inc. since June 1996, Joe currently holds the position of Customer Satisfaction Manager, overseeing sales and service operations in the Nashville and Birmingham offices. Previous roles include Customer Service Sales, focusing on maintenance contracts and operator training, as well as Service Manager, responsible for the daily operations of the service department. Prior to Forklift Systems, Joe worked as a Service Technician and Manager at Brauer Material Handling and served as Maintenance Supervisor at Bruce Hardwood Floors, where responsibilities included managing a fleet of over 40 forklifts. Joe's educational background includes attending Nashville Auto Diesel College and graduating from Ashwood Central High School.
