Constantine Khripin

Constantine Khripin is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in materials science and chemical engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer at Form Energy since November 2025, Constantine previously held the position of Lead Scientist at Cabot Corporation, where focus areas included sustainable rubber reinforcement and advanced materials development. Prior to that, Constantine worked as a Performance Research Engineer at Michelin, researching and teaching tire technology fundamentals, and held postdoctoral roles at NIST and Sandia National Laboratories, where achievements included developing novel methods for carbon nanotube purification and establishing microscopy facilities. Constantine earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and a BS in Chemical Engineering, Technical Communication, and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin.
